Logan Smith nommé Responsable Transaction Investissement Logistique Europe
Logan Smith rejoint BNP Paribas Real Estate en tant que Responsable Transaction Investissement Logistique pour l'Europe
BNP Paribas Real Estate is pleased to welcome 43-year old Logan Smith as Head of Logistics Investment for Europe, reporting to Etienne Prongué, International Head of Investment for BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction.
An American national, he began his career in the US in 1998 at Security Capital Group (now Prologis) in the role of Associate before being promoted to Vice-President, working mainly in Denver, Los-Angeles, London and Amsterdam.
In 2003 he joined Keystone Property Trust in Philadelphia still as Vice-President before founding his real estate advisory company Logan Smith Company in 2004.
He joined Realterm Global in Washington DC as Senior Vice-President of Acquisitions for Aeroterm (logistical airport real estate) in 2005, before returning to Prologis in 2008, this time to Amsterdam, as Head of European Acquisitions and Dispositions.
Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, he was Head of Investment for P3 Logistic Parks.
With an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, Logan Smith has been a member of several professional associations including the North American Association for Commercial Real Estate Development (NAIOP).
He was also on the Board of Directors for the British School of Amsterdam between 2010 and 2013.
Logan Smith is based in Amsterdam.
